Please note the following important information:
• These services are offered BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
We strongly suggest you make your appointment well ahead of your planned departure date.
• Both tests are performed from a nasopharyngeal swab, no blood is drawn, and no prior fasting is necessary.
• Please note that tests are in very high demand, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your requested test date in which case we will offer alternative dates. The appointment time will be assigned by Amerimed depending on availability.
• The price of the PCR test is currently $2,000.00 MXN. The price of the antigen test is $500 MXN (Prices subject to change without notice, VAT included). It is your responsibility to schedule the appropriate test which may vary depending on the country to which you will travel.
• Results are sent by email within 36 hours after the PCR test is taken only if the test is taken before noon. Antigen results are emailed before 9 pm on the same day they were taken.

The waiting time for the confirmation of appointments is 24 HOURS once the form has been filled out and sent.
If there is no availability on the desired date, we will inform you BY EMAIL.
On the day of your test, you must:
- Bring a government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license).
- Wear a mask at all times when inside the hospital (please note masks with unidirectional valves are not permitted).
- Present to the lab 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Only the person(s) to be tested should come to the appointment.
- Appointments are per person, not per family or group.
- Travelers without an appointment will not be tested.
